What kind of Construction do you do?

We are actively involved in commercial, industrial and institutional/Community type of projects. The type of

work ranges from Project Management, design-build to fixed price contracts.

 

Can we purchase Butler steel buildings or products from you?

Yes. We will gladly work with you to identify what Butler product is required to repair or build your steel

buiding. We will supply, or supply and erect the Butler steel. We will also do a complete turn key project if

this is what you want. In a turn-key project, we will provide all drawings, procure permits and approvals,

supply all labour, materials, equipment and incidentals required for foundations, site work, mechanical and electrical work along with all finishing trades.

Will you do residential work?

We would gladly get involved with custom-built homes or multi-unit housing projects.

How about Liability Insurance?

We carry $2,000,000 liability insurance.

What form of Contract do you use?

We usually use the CCDC forms of contract for stipulated sum, cost plus or project management contracts. With some buyers of construction we have used their own purchase order forms.

The Tasco Domes are used to keep raw material or finished product out of the weather. It can also be used for a working environment for many months of the year keeping workers out of the sun, rain, wind or snow.
